On 30 May 2017, the Ontario Government introduced Bill 139, which proposes changes to the land use planning approvals and appeal processes in Ontario.  Wood Bull LLP has prepared a Wood Bulletin - Proposed Bill 139 (First Reading), which describes the changes proposed in the First Reading of Bill 139.
