  • Bio

With a breadth of knowledge in land use planning, Anusha understands the unique perspective of each stakeholder involved in a land use project, allowing her to provide adept support throughout the project’s duration. As a Land Use Planner at Wood Bull LLP, Anusha assists the firm’s lawyers in gathering all essential information required for putting forth the best possible case.

An integral aspect of Anusha’s role includes conducting extensive research on the latest planning legislation, such as in-depth analyses of current official plans and zoning by-laws. With the findings from her research, Anusha dictates whether the development has merit and ensures that the evidence required for the application to be approved is in place. She also assists in the preparation and processing of planning applications and development proposals, and, in the event of a hearing, she makes sure that the firm’s lawyers are well-prepared.

Working one-on-one with each lawyer requires Anusha to maintain excellent multi-tasking and communication skills, allowing her to manage and prioritize the needs of each lawyer’s unique case. Her attention to detail and determination drive Anusha to consistently discover and present crucial evidence, contributing significantly to the project’s success.
