Wood Bull has experience working on a range of aggregate resources projects. We are active members of the Ontario Stone, Sand and Gravel Association, and have experience with the licensing of new projects, the expansion of existing facilities, and the re-licensing of historic pits and quarries.

Our specialized expertise includes not only a thorough understanding of the relevant law and policy frameworks but also the various technical considerations that can be critical to the success of these approvals processes such as social impact assessments (e.g. noise, dust, blasting, economics), hydrogeology and hydrology, ecology, and land use planning.
