Wood Bull has represented such clients as SmartCentres, Calloway REIT, Morguard, Wal-Mart, Costco, Loblaws, and Longos.

More recently, we have been assisting clients in the conversion of greyfields retail facilities into other forms of development and in addressing employment land conversion matters.
