TRCA’s Draft Living City Policies Out For Review

Apr 26, 2013

The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is updating and consolidating its policies into a new document titled “The Living City Policies”.   The Living City Policies will guide the implementation of TRCA’s legislated and delegated roles and responsibilities in the planning and development approvals process over the next ten years.

The draft Living City Policies are available for public comments.  In the summer/fall of this year, TRCA will revise the draft as necessary based on comments received and issue a final draft for another 30-day consultation period, with a view to submitting the document to the TRCA Board for approval and implementation in early 2014.

Further information is available on the TRCA's website: http://trca.on.ca/the-living-city/public-consultations/the-living-city-policies.dot
