Ontario Regulation 67/18, made under the Planning Act, regarding transitional matters relating to Bill 139 (the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017) was filed on 5 March 2018. O. Reg. 67/18 will come into force on 3 April 2018. O. Reg. 67/18 is available on e-laws.

Bill 139, the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017, S.O. 2017, c. 23, introduces significant changes to the Planning Act. These changes will come into force on 3 April 2018, the day named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.
